All sales are final. Amp'd Auto Detailing LLC ("AMP'D," "we," "us") does not issue refunds on deposits, completed services, or any labor and materials already provided. This policy applies to all detailing, window tint, ceramic coating, paint correction, and related services.
Agreement to Services
When you confirm your appointment by text message, you agree to the service scope and pricing we quoted, and you accept this Refund Policy. That text confirmation is your authorization for us to perform the work as described.
Deposits
Deposits reserve your appointment time and the products for your job. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will apply your deposit to a new date.
Completed Services
Once a service has been performed, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued for that work. Results can vary with the age, condition, and prior treatment of a vehicle or surface. Where a condition cannot be fully corrected, we will tell you before or during the appointment.
If You Are Not Satisfied
Your satisfaction matters to us and is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Promise. If you are unhappy with any part of the work, you must reach out to your detail technician directly, or call 813-394-5136, within 24 hours of services rendered. We will review the concern and, if it is a workmanship issue, return to correct it at no additional charge. Requests made after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Disputes
Because every customer has a clear path to have workmanship concerns addressed, filing a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us within the 24-hour window is a breach of this agreement and does not void the services provided.
